Lyrics:

This one going out there to all them students tryin' to solve for area.
Your sittin' in that Geometry class, you're lookin' at that shape, you're looking at that number,
trying to figure out what the heck to do...
Hopefully this helps ya out just a lil bit...
The math be happin' today...
Here we go ladies and gentlemen...
Game on...

Verse 1:
Math problems in my face, dang near every day...
Got a million questions, rather roam the hallway.
Triangle ain't new, don't need a clue. It's always been base times height over 2.
A rectangle, and square oh man, no different than a parallelogram.
Need 90 angles in the diagram, then it's base times height. I got this exam.
Trap be up next. Bout to let it loose. Sum of the bases times h, throw up the duce.
What about the rhombus, and the kite? You times the d's over 2 aight...
Regular polygons, they so fly. A 2 go low, the asn be going high.
I know you wonder why, maths so cool.
Cuz solvin' any problem makes dreams come true.

Refrain:
Solve for area, that's a frown.
Find the formula, now it's going down.
Plug the values in, then shake it down.
Solvin' any problem I'll be king of this town.
Solve for area, that's a frown.
Find the formula, now it's going down.
Plug the values in, then shake it down.
Solvin' any problem I'll be king of this town.

Verse 2:
Verse number 2, circles be the shape.
I run for the door, try to make my escape.
I start this off, by sending up a prayer.
Area of a circle be π r squared.
Sector of a circle be the goal.
Just notice arc be fraction of the whole.
Put it all together and you'll see: it's the full circle times the arc / 360.
Segment of a circle be the last one.
Use the sector, it's the one we just done.
Gotta take away a shape you fool: triangle. Now I'm reppin' for my school.
West be blue and white, we the Wolverines.
We got a mascot, and his name is Eugene.
Students in the class, pushin' them brains.
If they push 'em hard enough they can solve any thang.
