Why on my tuya app I cant controll the alarm like arm or disarm

I bought this PIR outdoor PST-CT80WR and it only works fine with remote control included, but with the TUYA or SMART LIFE it was impossible for me to Arm o Disarm the alarm or change the modes, on my case, the mobile phone only shows the history alarms but I cannot control on or off o silence the alarm. I complained with the store where I bought and they do not know how it works. If someone has the same problem pls let me know.
