Hey Dan, I’m 15 I am starting a dropshiping business but the problem is my parents are keep telling me to cancel the business and study in school and become a lawyer. I don’t know a way about how they can support me and every time I do consulting calls with shopify gurus my parents are telling me that these people are stealing your money. Culture together with diversity is good. We learn from other people thru their culture. It makes us more aware of what life really is. As an online entrepreneur for years now, I have learned to deal with a lot of people with a different culture. It is fun, helpful and exciting. With that said, I appreciate this video so much as I believe that learning other culture and respecting it can really help all of us to understand so many things in life.

In my hotel management class as a class we talked about this exact thing but this was a nice refresher and reminder that businesses are cultures and ecosystems for humans to congregate. Unfortunately the ideals of modern society has shaped this to be another task for us, and another road block to whatever we want to do. This idea stream has multiple avenues, but would like to pivot and say this is a very interesting topic and it's interesting with culture, ideas and teams, can make getting the ball across the goal line seemingly effortless.

Thank you Sifu! It was helpful to get Matt Barrie's opinion on culture vs. results. What I am getting from this, your interview with Dwayne Clark, and from your video on types of employees (a, b, c, z) is that hiring someone that fits into the culture is more important than hiring someone that has high performance. People with poor attitudes are a drain on office moral and should not be allowed to stay, no matter how highly they perform, because overall they do more damage to the company than good.
