When you bond an above-ground swimming pool, you want to use a water bonding kit. In this video, we use the type that connects to the hose fitting at the pump and connects the wire to the water bonding kit.
The easiest time to bond an above-ground pool is before you backfill around the pool. Take grade A copper wire and place it around the entire perimeter of the above-ground pool and connect it to the wall bolts; in the case of this particular pool, the uprights are plastic, and you connect to only one upright. You can use landscaping staples to hold the wire to the ground and backfill over it.
