I love this. Was watching the grinch (the Jim Carrey one) and how that delves into the consumerism side of our holiday. It’s always bothered me. I hate the holiday cash grabs. The only things I participated in are sales on things I already know and love like preworkout and the laneige lip sleeping masks. Love your share 💛

Love this video! One thing though: the reason Jeffree and Shane are putting the green in is because fans really wanted that shade back in the palette. They obviously didn't know the reaction to it while filming the documentary, but they're using people's feedback to change future palettes. Also, they're planning on selling the green shade separately because they know how annoying buying another whole palette would be. So no one will have to repurchase the entire palette if they want that green eyeshadow.

Feel this way too. For my family I just buy them gift cards to whatever store they want. And I don’t really spend money on myself which I should treat myself once or twice. My heart dropped when you said that price! For me I go to Burlington to buy clothes and purses and I save a lot of money.

I was on the fence with the AirPods, also, but then a sale happened, and I decided to give them a try. I actually love them. They connect so easy to my phone or iPad. And huge bonus, no more wires that the cats can chew on. They seriously seek out headphone wires to nom.

You are so right! We get new things we don't need and after a couple of days, we can't remember what the excitement was all about, and start looking for new ones. We have to become more aware of this and say stop. Your 6 month rule sounds like a very good idea.

This has to be one of the best videos you have put up. I've been trying to downsize and even reduce waste ( attempt at the zero waste movement part time). Also my hubby and I are moving in Spring to save our sanity. I love the 6 months idea. I'm not a big spender, or try not to be since I dont have that kind of disposable income to begin with; even then sometimes the shopping culture has a way of overwhelming me. Esspecially working a job with a uniform in Wisconsin; where as much as I would love to dress up in cute clothes, outside of time, its freaking cold. ❄❄❄❄

Yes I love red eyeliners lol I actually really like fuscha eyeliners and I'm typing this before I knew u where going to mention urban decay but urban decay has the best colored eyeliners and I love thier red/fuscha and ulta has a fusha-red color in their line..yasss!
