Coconut Ice | 4-Ingredient Christmas Sweet

Coconut Ice is a super simple Christmas treat that comes together way too quickly! It only needs some time to set. And then, the magic is wow! The little ‘Ice’ cubes develop a crust that you can bite into to meet with a soft interior… The flavour of coconut comes through very well. It’s moist and it doesn’t go dry from within. It’s a perfect addition to your Christmas Kuswar (sweet) Box. Make sure you keep the pieces two-bite-size as they are sweet🤗

Full Roast Chicken (No Oven) Recipe:

Ingredients:
(1 US Cup = 240ml)
2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup or 100 grams Powdered Sugar (I used regular granulated sugar and powdered it. Grind sugar and then measure it in a cup)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence, optional
200 ml of sweet Condensed Milk
A drop or 2 of your Colour of choice

I used an 8-inch by 4-inch tin to set the Coconut Ice. I oiled it and then lined it with parchment paper (butter paper).
