The most ironic example of the Dunning Kruger effect is watching someone "explain" the Dunning Kruger effect, with a very clear ignorance of what it actually means.

I encourage everyone watching this video to make a goal of being okay with not knowing something. Being okay with the randomness of life. Being okay with being uncertain. Letting things go that don't make enough sense. The endless fight of searching for 100% of the answer(s) will frustrate and discourage you. Confidence isn't being fearless. It's knowing that you will okay despite fear.
