This video contains two audio tracks. The first is generated pink noise with a low pass filter set at 500 hertz. This signal is then compressed, notched, and then amplified with a clear music effect.

The second track is from a large barrel fan being record in an old cave, from a distance of about 100 feet. This sound is then modified with a low pass filter at 750 hertz, with additional reverbed added. The two tracks are then blended together to create this mind numbing modified pink noise and combined with a black screen for sleep, study, tinnitus relief, focus, sound blocking, and more. The intro of the sleeping person on a bed is the art from my T shirts.

This maximizes the depth of each sound, while minimizing sounds considered to be antithetical to relaxation. To create these relaxing sleep masterpieces I use a variety of equipment such as a Nikon D7500, a Tascam DR 100, and other unique sleep components indicative to this channel.

I’ve had constant Tinnitus causing Vertigo for at least six weeks 24/7. I listened to this video this morning at high volume for 20 minutes. Tinnitus and Vertigo have gone. I will repeat this again tomorrow and try listening to it at a low volume for sleeping. Thanks For your intuitive response to dealing with this very common and important problem.
