Such an amazing character. She starts off as a joke and even a slight antagonist. Then out of nowhere the show gut punches you and you feel such empathy for her and Mark.

"I really liked being in the office with you all that day" hit me right in the heart. I'm sure I'm not the only one who felt the significance of that line.

"Your outie likes the sound of radar"...
His outies dogs name is Radar!

A serene moment, then “that’s 10 points off, you have 90 remaining” - sharp reminder that something is off

I love when she gives the genuine compliment of ‘you’re nice Mark’. It’s not about his outie, it’s about him as a person, and that’s more real and honest and must hit so much harder than any of the ‘facts’ about your outie do in wellness sessions.

I swear Audi commercials get weirder and weirder.

She has to be one of the most enchanting women I have ever seen.

Ms. Casey is my favorite ASMR streamer.

The quiet despair in her voice in the second session is achingly beautiful acting.

Need an entire episode of wellness sessions, kinda like the fly episode in breaking bad.

The background music is on Spotify & is called “Music of Wellness” by Theodore Shapiro! It’s a gorgeous song

2:50 That moment when you realize Ms. Casey isn’t chastising Irving but basically begging for her life to be longer…😱

I was starting to feel bad for her since she seemed so strange but also very concerned that there had to be something nefarious happening to her. When she said she was only awake for 107 hours, man, that destroyed me!

Damn, the song just sends me to outer space! Absolutely breathtaking! It is a perfect song for meditation, relaxation, a type of song that could be used for almost anything... heck, this song sometimes makes me dwell on my life and past. Heck, this song literally is the perfect song to play when your soul lifts itself from your body and just takes you on a journey to Heaven or a journey to meet your maker... whatever it is, but this song is just absolute perfection! Enchanting is probably the right word to use. Also, both scenes are equally great. All the actors did an amazing job! I love this series. It's a masterpiece! We need Season 2 ASAP! I can't wait any longer, that cliffhanger is brutal...

I never imagined a melody could be chilling, sad, mysterious and still relaxing at the same time.
But here it is!

A couple of things I love about these scenes.

1. To gather the information told to the Innies, Lumon would have to lie, which we know may not be true, or else either collect data secretly about their employees, or have them input fun facts about themselves into a survey. This may be a way for Irving to communicate with his Outie, who we've already seen trying to do (the Black paint, as well as the fact that Irving likes the sound of radar, which is also the name of his dog)

2. The wording of the facts is odd at times, like when Ms Casey mentions "muggers and knaves", or referring to mentally ill people as insane, which makes me think that if Lumon is inserting their own facts about an outie, they come straight from the handbook, worded the way Kier Egan would have spoken it back ages ago

Turn on captions to learn about some very impressive Audis.

There were three sessions actually. You forgot the one she asked Mark to do a sculpture or something like that.
