Using FormIt to Model Buildings for use in InfraWorks - Adding Materials - Pt. 3

When building out an Infraworks model, you may wish to include some of the existing buildings that surround your project. If you have access to FormIt you can quickly sketch 3D buildings that match your environment. In this session we'll learn how to select, edit, and apply photorealistic materials to a FormIt model. When finished, we'll export the model for use in InfraWorks. This session represents part 3 of a 3 part series.

So FormIt is similar to SketchUp. Also you said near the end that InfraWorks was by nature a metric application. i have only dipped into Infraworks a little, but i have my units set to imperial. Any comments or discussion? Thanks for the great videos, very helpful and instructional.

When I try to import the FBX file into infraworks there are no materials or textures applied. Please help!!!!
