Tramontina also makes some pretty good stainless steel cookware as well. I've had a set for about 10 years now

Nice! We use our cast iron all the time! However, when we first seasoned ours, we did it 3 times to get a really nice patina. I'm just wondering what you guys are planning to cook in 'em. :-)

Hate to burst your bubble but the Tramontina skillets are black matte enamel coated INSIDE! Yes, it looks just like raw cast iron, but it is not. Only the edge of the pan and the inside edge of the lid are raw cast iron which requires an oil seasoning.
