I do not use metal tongs in my pots. Paid too much to scratch them due to carelessness or accident.

If you're deciding to get a le creuset, I have a staub and le creuset stock pot and i 100% prefer the staub. It doesn't stick at all, but my le creuset sticks all the time. Very frustrating to use.

My Le Creuset stockpot frustrates me all the time. I made pasta in it - boiled the water, added the pasta. Came back to it a few minutes later and the pasta was sticking to the bottom of the pan! WHY? The water was boiling. For the price, this is not worth it. My daughter, who is an excellent cook, also had problems with my Le Creuset skillet. Food sticking even with oil.

00:12 CAUTION - I have the complete set of pans. I used it for over 4 years...
This week when I preheated a pan for 1 or 2 minutes, the inside bottom just came off. I contacted Le Creuset and they informed me that THERE IS NO WARRANTY.
I was offered a discount on a NEW PURCHASE?? Now the worst: the attendant said "you MUST NOT PRE-HEAT THE POT". Anyone who cooks knows that we must preheat before putting the oil and LE CREUSET'S OWN VIDEO SHOW IT.

Be careful because after a few years your pans may start to loosen the inner bottom.
