That last line....that's what it made the change in me, yeah not nutting for 30 days is hard and challenging, but once you get into the first of december? You just loose all that progress into one simple thing that cost you 30 minutes while you worked mentally and physically for weeks to get there.
To get to those little progress you were doing (in my case drawing and playing instruments) back to zero.
