Dash lights and tail lights out, solved

Driving down the road, my gauge lights went out. Discovered tail lights, license plate light, and running lights also. Found problem.

My 1997 Ram 2500 V10 dash lights were out...turned out it was just the park fuse, but the tail lights were out as well, that was key. Thank you!

I appreciate this video I started having issues with my 2005 xB with the dashboard and tail lights on the other lights are working and I put in a fuse that blew out I put in another blew out so I believe it might be the wiring like you mentioned. 😊

this wasn't exactly my issue but because i watched this video i seen that my license plate bulb wires and trailer hitch wires where toast an didnt even know it..
fixed my light issues all the way around the truck.tail lights lol THANKS for posting video.

Hello, I need help, I fix my own stuff but this has me beat, 98 Mitsubishi pajero / montero lwb gls, I have no top brake light and no rear wiper, i have turn signals, bottom brake lights work, I have tested the bulbs and the cluster and fuses, I hit a huge pot hole smelled some plastic burn, lost my alternator the
A/T light battery light came on was down to 9v I replaced with new one thats all good but I can't find why brake and rear wiper won't work, is there a relay or something obvious or secret im missing ? any ideas? Would massively appreciate any wisdom I'm not usually one to ask but I have to admit I can't work it out .

I thought was bulbs, fuses, relay or whole fuse panel inside truck.
My test light up plus it buzzes too at fuse panel on side of dash.

I dont have a spare, but previous owner did change fuel pump.
Truck never had issue until last week.7
