If he can't find a lawyer to sue these animals, he should check with the nearest ACLU office or contact The Institute for Justice. Those organizations have a splendid track record of helping people in situations involving abusive policing. But you have to file the suit in federal court under a civil rights claim. Georgia courts are not going to help you because they are all in bed with their dirty cops.

They always want to charge you with "resisting arrest" and "obstruction of justice" or "disorderly conduct" or "failure to ID" but what did they do to get those charges to begin with because they weren't charged with anything else but those things.
