Sweet. Just like managers in real life. Do nothing but look important and then yell at you for all the problems they are causing while you work minimum wage and get yelled at by customers as well :D

As someone who works in a restaurant the best part of the job is to meet all sorts of people and learn more about them, but sadly during busy hours, which during the summer it's most of the night, the customer ends up being second because of the high amount of work that still needs to be done and they can absolutely feel it, even then the highlights at this kind of work are the small interaction with clients. I remember one day a couple that were both playing on their switch at the bar, one had an anime t shirt. I became curious but didn't really bother. Later that night they came back and since movement was basically over we started talking, I mentioned the things above and the conversation developed and we had quite a few things in common. They were super friendly and fun to talk with, everytime I was working in the bar they always left me a tip, in return I gave them a bit more, more dosages on the food, a free coffee. I didn't do it because they would tip me, I did it because I just liked them. It was in total less than an hour of conversation between us over a few days, but in the end, I contributed to making them feel more comfortable, a bit more special and welcomed. That's just one story, this video shows very well that human connection can make anything more fun and memorable.

As someone who works at Boba Cafe, it used to be nice and easy. Then they did this big update that made it really difficult. It’s a shame really.

Also the bit with the fireworks outside, not being able to go see them cuz you're working, it's real too :( I've missed so much stuff because of having to run real 12 hour shifts and it made me miserable. I know this is just a silly challange on a video game but for some reason I really felt sad for you missing out on them.

As a former Manager at Kohaú Hibachi, I can confirm that most of my colleagues were, excuse my language brain dead. I have no idea how the majority of them were able to be promoted to management.

Not because of disturbing the jobs, the firing people because of unprofessionalism, like this is so stupid
