Nepal vs test nations, will it be possible? CAN is planning big, interview file..

Mr Chatur Bahadur Chand has said in his recent interview that if Nepal manage to qualify for the world cup global qualifier, Nepal could play against some test playing nations as their preperation plan.
However, Nepal still need to get a win in the pressure game against UAE this thursday. The TU cricket ground will be fully jamed as all the tickets has already been sold out. Can Nepal manage to beat UAE and move to the top three position ?

There are at least three criteria that should be fulfilled in order to play test cricket
1. Proper domestic cricket structure which can groom a large pool of players who can play 5-day cricket
2. Infrastructure to host cricket games with international teams
3. Offer security to both national and international cricketers during a tour

I am not sure if Nepal can fulfill any of the above-stated criteria with reasonably high confidence at this point of time.
