There are 77 districts and 7 provinces in Nepal.
- Under 16 selection should be from School level.
- Under 19 selection (District level tournament, Local tournament)
- Nepal should conduct district tournament like SMAT.T20 format. (District vs District) (once in a year)
Best players will be selected for provincial cricket.
- Provincial tournament (Odi format) (Province vs Province) (once in a year)
- Best players from provincial cricket will get chance to represent in auction of EPL (t20 league of Nepal)
- Level of EPL should be increased because best players from this tournament will get chance in Nepal A team.
- Nepal A team will travel foreign country to play with club team, Ranji teams, county teams.
- After grooming them, best players will get chance to represent in Nepal national teams.
As of now, we shouldn't think about test cricket till our base gets stronger.
