Isu 130 has been for sale *once* on na. Its got stupid high dpm, p2w gold ammo, no hp, no armour, bad accuracy. They're a rare sight on na but usually quite dangerous

I was hoping that the LIS would rank highly, and I am happy with that~

Also agreed on the AP vs APCR for it.
Makes it feel almost like a Leo if you have a build for sniping; I think the lowest Ive gotten the dispersion down to was about 0.29, though according to tanks gg you can get it down to about 0.25 with full bond equipment (which I do not have...only got a bond rammer for it).
My normal build that I managed to obtain the 2nd mark with is Turbo, Bond rammer, and Vert Stabs and going full gold plus a few HE shells for the lights and some TDs
It's also the only tank I have with a fully trained crew so I tend to try and farm training guides with it

regarding the camo and spotting lights. you need to proxy most of them to spot them. it does not matter if you camo is 48% or 54%. it matters a bit when you go through open filed, but not in a bush. if you could fit a squall into a bush with spotting setup, it would need to be proxied as well. but the thing is the size of the elc even 90. it can fit into a tulip pot.

The thing is i have easily farmed xm with skoda even during hulldown with ap. The biggest downside is that just shooting at the hull is instant pen, even if you don't use preammo. Just specifically use AP and be above 122 mm calibre

56TP is slept on. It's a lot better in actual battles than it looks on paper. The ONLY, and I really mean ONLY downside is the DPM. And like you said yourself, DPM isn't everything. The same is true for the T77, btw.

Pretty reasonable tier list I think, I do like the XM66F but that’s maybe more that I perform well despite the tank not being the greatest
