Good overview of the various frameworks. I’d like to toss my $0.02 in for consideration. I too, looked at all the frameworks you presented and here’s my quick take on them.

Angular: Popular. Certainly quite a few opportunities for those wishing to develop apps using Angular. I didn’t want to learn Typescript though. Would it have been terrifically painful to do so? Probably not, but it was just one more thing required to get me into that framework.

React: Another popular choice. I’ve seen quite a few opportunities in my area for React developers. I have to say though, I hated the mix of JS and HTML. It was just so….unintuitive.

Ember: At one time was very popular. Very few Ember opportunities in my area.

Vue: Not as many opportunities in my area. But…very intuitive. Logically is laid out very well.

So what was my deciding factor? It came down to the following: which of the four got me excited to use it. Because at the end of the day, if I’m spending a lot of time learning a framework I hate using simply for the sake trying to get a job, then I just won’t be very good at it because my heart won’t be into it. Given this criteria, I’ve been learning VueJs. I really like it. It never feels like a grind making the little apps that I do. It’s fun, and that’s important to my learning. Just something else to consider when making a decision.

Great review of JS frameworks. I have recently found your tutorials and I would say they explain many things very lucidly (especially Advanced JavaScript). Please upload Angular 2 tutorials at the earliest. With your simple way of explaining things, I am interested in getting a grasp of it.

I very much agree - learn ONE language first! Give yourself a year of small projects if you can, then try another. I kicked, cussed, and clawed my way with Angular and didn't like that my syntax didn't look/feel like JavaScript - all tutorials forced me to learn ES6.

Then after a year and 3 mini projects later I jumped into ReactJS and I learned it using ES5 at first (was happy to see getElementById dammit), but because most tuts use ES6 now I just go with the flow. It looked javascripty but I missed Angular killer CLI.

VueJS: definitely the friendliest, easiest to learn of the bunch.

Pros and cons in all of them. Pick one and explore it with a project to see if the framework clicks with you.

Very few Angular jobs in my location, but somehow was able to get a good one... I start in a couple days!

What's nice about new frameworks is that job postings can't require 10 years experience when a framework has only been out a year or 2. :)

~13:00 Vue was developed by Laravel which is definitely not a powerhouse like google or facebook but still important enough for updates, etc. You can probably get away with saying that it is not political but I think ember is not political at all, what do you think?

Comparison is top notch. I still love JQuery and Vanilla JS. Not moved by the framework war going on within software development space.

I have to say your videos and tutorials are top notch. I get the feeling of being in primary school when teachers really wanted their students to learn what they are teaching from your tutorials. Thank you. I have a suggestion though, please release tutorial on Angular2+ instead of AngularJS.. Reason is AngualrJS has a few tutorials already on youtube. I am searching for jobs here in Boston and I think demand for angular2+ is currently more than that of AngularJS. So I think tutorials on Angular2+ would be very very helpful. I would say you can release the AngularJS tutorials later but Angualr2+ first please (I know I am being greedy here :))

After watching this video and reading through the documentations of each framework I've decided to learn Vue JS first. Also, according to their website, Vue also uses a more optimized Virtual DOM much like React. The difference there is that Vue doesn't re-render every child-element like React does.

Angular is not too in demand in region. It definitely makes sense that it is way more popular in India--guessing due in part to Enterprises and subsequent out-sourcing. React, Vue and Express.
