I love this song written by Brian May for a friend who was going through a difficult divorce. I love how Brian starts out on the piano with his guitar on his lap then when he has to get up to do the guitar part, Freddie takes over on the piano seamlessly. What amazing talent there was in this group. Thank you for your reaction.

The marvel of the concert at Montreal is that it makes no difference if you listen to a song at the beginning, middle or end - it is all at a peak level. For all band mates. And they are not zoned out, they are engaged & consumate professionals. But you also get personalities and fans have their faves.

Few years back I was so into Queen, I listened all their music, watch documents and read all about them and their story both in finnish and english. Right after that time the movie "Bohemian rhapsody" was finished and I of course went to see it. A little dissapointment after studying Queen and knowing the real story. Freddie was one of the kind 😍 and all members of Queen of course, YES❤

I just found your channel today. Liked and sub'ed. I see you haven't reacted to their Live Aide set. A show benefiting the victims of the 1985 famine in Africa. World wide television coverage, 2 venues, many, many bands. Each band limited to 20ish minutes.

Queens set is said by many to be the best live rock performance of all time. Don't worry about the time, the fans prefer the whole thing instead of showing it in segments.

Oh, btw. Freddie had a bad throat infection, and had been told by his Doctor not to do the concert. Freddie did it anyway and nailed it. He said later that it felt like he was gargling with crushed glass.

of Queen's song's during this time frame, I find "Save Me" to have the most beautiful of opening stanzas. Freddie's vocals are so clear, and pure, and soft. He doesn't go into his typical belt-up of the time until a bit on into it. We can get lost in the loveliness of his voice for a moment.

I don't know if you noticed or not, but Brian May( the guitarist), the guy with curly hair, he was playing the piano during the first half of the song but during the guitar solo he quickly changed his position with Freddie on the piano

Freddie well he is just a force to be reckoned with, His voice is unmatched when it comes to a perfect blend of range and emotion, love how he goes from soft and intimate during the verses to powerful and hard hitting in the chorus
