I got some 3012 pewag chain, yes it was black but it was RUSTED. and in 3 weeks it has rusted a heck of a lot more! it is only case hardened 6% and at this rate the rust will eat through 6% in less than 6 years. I am going to have it sand blasted and powdered coated. I am very disappointed with the quality of the 3012.
