XE20 Performance demo

In this performance demonstration Luke shows what the KORG XE20 Digital Ensemble Piano has to offer.

As you would expect from KORG, the XE20 starts with superb, ultra-realistic piano sounds - not one but two finely crafted, full concert grand piano voices for greater flexibility and adding 3D sonic realism to your performances. Close your eyes and play it as you would a traditional acoustic concert grand and you’ll be transported to centre stage one of the world’s great concert auditoriums.

But this is only the start of the journey. The XE20 will provide you with a full top-flight backing band that will follow your every note. Simply select the style that you want to use and you can still play in full keyboard mode as if you were playing solo piano but your band will intelligently accompany you, following the chords that you play. You can also play the XE20 using the traditional keyboard method by splitting the keyboard, playing with one finger or a chord in your left hand, and using your right hand to play a melody and create simple improvisations.

The XE20 has a host more features for you to explore and enjoy, including over 700 authentic sounds you can either play live or have as part of your accompaniment. And to make sure that you enjoy a rich, realistic audio experience, the XE20 sports a powerful onboard amplification and speaker system.

I just bought the Korg Pa600. Awesome key arranger. I'm 76 and haven't played the keyboard since I was 9 years old. I'm teaching myself and loving it. Korg makes great products. (I bought it at Thomann USA - great price and only place online that had it).

I know this is meant to be illustrative and not necessarily realistic, but the score the guy puts on the piano is that of the prelude of Bach's English Suite No. 3 in G minor, BWV 808 which doesn't sound even remotely like what he is playing...

I’m not seeing a pitch bend wheel, which the DGX-670 has. Can the XE20 do electric guitar solos?

Unfortunately, in just 1.5 years, some keys began to knock heavily on this piano, due to cracked end rubbers that are not sold anywhere. I'm not the only one with this problem. And now I do not know what to do, hand over to the service under warranty? It's up to 60 days to be without a piano. And if the problem repeats in 1.5 years? Then you will have to repair it at your own expense, but the problem is that you can't buy such rubber bands anywhere, even on Ebay. Perhaps I will return it to Korg and buy something with a more reliable keyboard, for example, the Fatar 400 Wood.

I bought one and doesn't sound well, especially the low notes. They sound very unclear! Not as this demo.
The rythms and styles, settigns are difficult to handle with only tne instrucctions book. I hope I can unload the app and understand it !
By now I'm not very satisfied.

Mi. xe20 el piano aleman suena mal, monofonico.
Suena mucho mejor el piano italiano
Las teclas E3 y F3 suenan más que las otras..
Y no me dan solución aquí en España... 😞😞
