I’m sure you and your team get thousands of requests like this everyday, I’m really wishing and hoping you read this one?

My wife and I celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary on 4th October 2024, you and your music has always had a very special part to play in our relationship.
When we first started dating and we would sit in my flat on an inflatable sofa (couldn’t afford a proper one!) listening to the + album. “Wake me up” was destined to be our song from the first time we heard it.
When I proposed I did it with “little things” in the background, I count that as you because you wrote it.
Our first dance was to “thinking out loud”. Strangely (and I’m not sure if it true) the lady that conducted our ceremony said she used the babysit for you!
A few months after our wedding we suffered a miscarriage and “small bump” suddenly took on a whole new meaning to us.
When we lost Laura’s Dad we found comfort in “visiting hours”.
Our son (Stanley, aged 8) will sit in his room playing Lego and blasting out your music.
We’ve seen you on everyone of your UK tours.

In short you and your music have seen us through both amazing and challenging times. You’ve given us comfort when we needed and a huge amount of joy.

Your music will form a large part of our 10th wedding anniversary and I would absolutely love it if I could share a short video from you with my wife? I know that a big ask but a short and simple message congratulating us on our 10th anniversary would mean the absolute world to Laura and I.

Dude, I don’t ever know if I’ll get married, I sure hope I do, and if I do this is 100% going to be my first dance song. I love it so much, and I always have ever since it came out.
