About Ed Sheeran:
Ed Sheeran may be the quintessential pop star of the 2010s: an internationally acclaimed, multi-award winning singer/songwriter who seems to acknowledge no boundaries between styles or eras with elements of folk, hip-hop, pop, dance, soul, and rock woven throughout his music.

His incredible catalogue includes the studio albums ‘+’ (plus), ‘x’ (multiply) and ‘÷’ (divide) which spawned hit singles such as ‘The A team’ , ’Lego House’, ‘Sing', ‘Thinking Out Loud’, ‘Photograph’, ‘Shape Of You’, ‘Castle on The Hill’ and ‘Perfect’.

In 2019, Ed Sheeran released the genre-spanning ‘No.6 Collaborations Project’ which featured a wide-range of artists including ‘Justin Bieber’, ‘Camilla’ Cabello’, ‘Travis Scott’, ‘Eminem’, ‘Cardi B, ‘Paulo Londra’, ‘Bruno Mars’ and ‘Stormzy’ amongst many others, producing hits such as ‘I Don’t Care’, ‘Beautiful People’, ‘South of The Border’ and ‘Take Me Back To London’.

I love that Ed poured his heart out in this album every song is apiece of him that he's offering and while he probably doesn't care what everybody overall thinks he still gets nervous about releasing his "baby" out in for us to hear ( I have no idea if this comment made sense I haven't gone to sleep yet and it's currently 6:20 in the morning )

I really love his lyrics. They're so profound and the imagery is perfection. He's a blessing to music of this generation and I'm so happy that I'm buying his album! Too bad it's not a visual album.. because that would be awesome!

Ed,   I don't know if you will ever read this comment but I want to thank you for "thinking out loud".  On June 2, 2016 my wife Karen passed away from cancer.  Before she passed we agreed that the last song to be played at her funeral  would be your "thinking out load" because it told the story of out love and life together.  We met and married at 23 and she passed just 4 months before her 70th  birthday.  It is a beautiful song  and meant a lot to both of us.  Thank you for the love and memories it brings back of our live together.  Steve Rahmel

The people who complain about how X is not like + have obviously not listened to any of his previous EP's. He's always gone with whatever groove he feels like jamming to. He grows and changes with every single day, just as other musicians, artists and people do. Also, the whole album hasn't been revealed yet, so how do you know it's nothing like + ? His album choices and musicianship is not for anybody to dictate.

I'm confused as to why people have thought this album would be like a + Part 2. Ed's grown a lot in the last few years, so his style has grown with him. He's getting the chance to work with producers like Rick Rubin, I would expect no less of him than to take risks with this album! That's his style! He'll still do acoustics of these songs, but I'm happy for him because this new album is so out of the box! I truly do love every song.

This is a very nice and unique song and sounds nothing like "Let's Get It On".

So happy to hear such a talented person make such a nice and unique song. Congrats Ed Sheeran on your innocence in the copyright infringement case.

How many times has this song been listened to since Ed Sheeran's court case to just show him the love he deserves, he has brought more beautiful music out in the last almost two decades than many artists, and in many different styles.

People are saying they don't like Ed's new style, but personally I love it! I was always a fan of hip hop, but I loved + because it was raw talent, but to now hear that raw talent moving into hip hop territories with songs like Sing and Don't, and even in slower songs like this, hearing a beat and more instruments, is quite literally music to my ears! Great job Ed!

When your legs don't work like they used to before
And I can't sweep you off of your feet
Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love?
Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?

And, darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70
And, baby, my heart could still fall as hard at 23
And I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe just the touch of a hand
Well, me—I fall in love with you every single day
And I just wanna tell you I am

So, honey, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
Maybe we found love right where we are

When my hair's all but gone and my memory fades
And the crowds don't remember my name
When my hands don't play the strings the same way (mmm...)
I know you will still love me the same

'Cause, honey, your soul could never grow old, it's evergreen
And, baby, your smile's forever in my mind and memory
I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe it's all part of a plan
Well, I'll just keep on making the same mistakes
Hoping that you'll understand

That, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
Thinking out loud
Maybe we found love right where we are (oh, oh)

La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, lo-ud

So, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Oh, darling, place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
But maybe we found love right where we are
Oh, baby, we found love right where we are
And we found love right where we are

Seriously, why are you guys complaining about the new songs? Ed is awesome and he does whatever he wants. Remember this is another album, not an extension of +.

I'm 61 years old and this song really touches my very soul. I have been married 22 years and I know my husband will still be loving me in this way when I'm 70. I listen to this over and over and if you truly have loved someone like this you've been blessed as I have.

2:40 Holy moly Ed Sheeren! I lose that! It is so fun to slide down the scale like that! This song is a masterpiece.

I love how he is putting many of his new songs on YouTube for us to enjoy, not like some other (slightly stingey) artists worrying about copyright and stuff. I've pre-ordered this album ages ago anyway.
