AppLink's CLIP Integration Platform is the bridge between your enterprise-class event-, incident- and security management tools of different software vendors - it provides a combined, Closed Loop workflow for the ITIL Event, Incident, Problem and Change management process.
By integrating operational tools used in an ITOM department with third-party ticketing tools of the ITSM department, Clip eliminates the need for manual and error prone actions by automatically creating incidents or other entities, and synchronizing them with the original entities during their lifecycles.
Even though standard workflows with predefined data mappings can be activated instantly and are ready-to-use after providing endpoint and credential information, they can easily be customized in the Clip Web UI for these standard targets:

Integrations into other targets can easily be added by means of a CLIP SDK.
What makes the CLIP integration platform unique is the ability to store and automatically maintain all transactions and their data in a self-maintained lightweight database which is the basis for extensive presentation capabilities in the Clip dashboard and reporting, and the option to configure advanced synchronization logic and correlation within Clip itself without touching the external systms.
