The pc specs are balanced, but the laptop specs are insane with the one exception of the gpu, arguably the most impactful component.

If u really want ur PC to boot faster u can do that in settings I'm pretty sure, but it's better this way because it's preparing all the apps u are going to use

I love how the high end ssd are priced under 200€. You could litarly take a office PC for 50€ and build a high end ssd in it and it will boot at nearly the same speed.
