the one for Germany says “leicht Scharf”, which means “Lightly Hot” (which means it’s not spicy but a hint of chili.) So that round was pretty unfair it is also supposed to be a sauce, as it says Ketchup Curry.

The Northeast people in India, like Assam and Meghalaya, make a lovely preparation of chopped ghost pepper and vinegar. It burns but if you mix it with a gravy, it tates amazing. ❤

well i am an indian, but tbh the only hot sauce that would take me about a month to finish is maybe mad dog, and yeah naagin is definitely not the hottest sauce of india

yeah 老干妈(Laoganma, the one that was in the video) is the equivalent to adding a few shakes of peeper or a suqeeze of mustard. If you want some actual heat, I would recommend Hainan Yellow bell pepper sauce (海南黄灯笼椒酱） Sichuan Chopper pepper sauce (四川剁椒辣酱）or if you would like something calmer, Chaoshan Garlic Chilli sauce (潮汕辣椒酱）which features more garlic, and shallots than chilli.
