How to solve a 2x2 | Easy step by step Beginners Instructions

A 2x2 is a six sided cubic puzzle similar to the 3x3 Rubik's cube, but it only has two layers, with 4 corners on each layer. There are no center or edge pieces. You can use the same steps to solve a 2x2 as you use for the corners of a 3x3. It can be more difficult to recognise cases as there is no center to reference. This guide will help you to solve the 2x2 in 3 steps:

Super hard to understand for beginners. The 4:25 part is so confusing... What do you mean "all in the correct spot"? What do you mean corners that match the bottom?

Once I did the "orientate step", my yellow side gets solved but my white side gets all scrambled up! Am I missing something?

So far this is the best tutorial I've found. However, no matter how many times i do it, i end up with 1 white side, 1 green side, and the rest is still mixed up. Also, if i follow the on screen diagram instructions, it doesn't work at all but if i put the video in slow motion and follow her hands and i can do most of it

While permutating the corners 3 corners were permutated while one was not, is it ok?

Step 2 must be false. That algorithm doesn't affect the corner in question.
Ok so what wasn't stated is that the whole point is that you are isolating that "good" corner in order to change the _other_ corners?

I keep getting to the position where everything is almost in the right position. The only thing I keep encountering is the top right and top left need to be flipped
