My update on the company itself. If your item is defected, not working properly with in the return frame THEY WILL NOT RESPOND to your messages thought their messaging system on their web page or your e-mails trick is to stall you to pass the deadline, make sure to take screenshot's of your messages and copy of the e-mails you send if you want yo prove because shamelessly you might be put in a position that you have not been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks....

What do you think of how keyitech is handling the logistics of rolling this product out to the market by ignoring a lot of the early kickstarters & indegogo backers while simultaneously shipping orders directly from their website. I have seen where a lot of backers have tried to request refunds, ask for status updates on shipping, or simply some type of confirmation of when they may actually receive there robots and they are getting no response from anyway.

Best hang on for two or three years... Still full of glitches. The Chat GPT4 is good but for me it needs to have Alexa/Google interaction to so you can control your smart home..
Also needs to automatically patrol your premises when out and send notifications to your phone if it detects movement or a person.
So I'm going to wait a little longer. I would happily pay a lot more for a robot that is more useful.. not really interested in playing games, you have phones and game consoles for that.
