In FX’s Grotesquerie, a series of heinous crimes have unsettled a small community. Detective Lois Tryon feels these crimes are eerily personal, as if someone—or something—is taunting her. Im seeing a theme here of adultery. And i have a feeling that dinner table convo is fast eddie and the daughter telling lois they have a thing. Amd im pretty sure the husband may be waking up soon. Or he was involved before whatever got him in the coma. And if you look back into some episodes father Charlie said he believed this was a collective. He wanted to be a surgeon once, and they do a close up into his ring all in episode 2, and the ring says something “follow us” and its some sort of symbol. Glorious and Marcy the old lady in episode 6 did say that grotesquerie had a congregation, followers.
Plus i dont think lois shot grotesquerie. Either she shot a fake or a follower of his. Because they said it in episode 6, grotesquerie wants to use lois as a martyr, he has a bigger agenda for her, if he wanted to actually kill her he’d have done it a long time ago without fault.
Plus the outfit is all wrong if you go back to the episode where he broke into her house, grotesquerie was wearing a black hat and black clothing, nothing covering his face. Plus father Charlie would be way too obvious, maybe he’s the smaller piece of the puzzle, there’s definitely more to uncover here.

I started watching episodes 1- 6 yesterday and finished them all today! Can't wait for episode 7! This new show feels like AHS: Apocalypse!

Ed, Megan, father, nurse— always are wearing color combinations of red, black and white. I think lois is Stuck in some sort of limbo between life, death, “heaven” and “hell.” And all the characters are there to lead her in some sort of way— good or bad or maybe both.

Didn't nurse Redd have an involvement with the husband? And it looks like the husband is not in a coma.
Looks very suspicious. Maybe working together.
And the murders are directed at Lois as if Grotesquerie knows her personally

u can pause it on the frame and see its the preecher in the grotesquerie mask but thats why she says 'accomplice'
