How to set up a basic report in data studio and connect to Google Analytics

2 - Click on blank report
3 - Click on Google Analytics
4 - Select the Google account you wish to connect to from the bar on the left hand side
5 - Select the Google Analytics 4 property for that account
6 - Click add, then add to report.
7 - Delete the basic table it loads by default
8 - You now have a blank data studio report connected to your Google Analytics account, ready to add whatever metrics you need!
