Karen was Lip first love, regardless of any other relationship good or bad that never goes away. Then she completely fucks him over by cheating on him and having another guy baby. Lip was so invested in that kid when Karen could of carred less, poor Lip his relationships from Karen to Tammy were so screwed up. The only relationship i liked was Mandy who actually encouraged him to have a future outside of the South Side
