Step one: Gather all study materials together.
Step two: Consult list of study topics (or make one yourself).
Step three: Pre-testing.
Step four: Study topics you missed on pre-test.
Step five: Take another pre-test (just on the topics you missed the first time).
Final step: Bring in a friend.

Taking good notes and studying them later is useful in the business world every single day. I would say it is mandatory so do it consistently and well.

Later this month I have an acceleration exam. (This puts me up a grade in the specified subject) I already read the study guide, books required for the tests, and have a plan. This video will be very helpful to get me ready for it.
Wish me luck :)

Thanks for letting me know not to cram it--It's what I've been doing the past few years, and holy hell is it stressful to study at the last minute.

Great video though~ The pre-test one is one I already do, and I can clarify that it really is the best way to tell if you know the material.

Take the lecture, read the book. Use the Cornell method to make notes good enough that you don’t have to revisit the text book, make questions from your notes, make flash cards. Give a practice test, the things you get wrong, make questions about them revise(only the topics u screwed up) and give that 2nd practice test. Make sure you use the pomodoro method for everything mentioned above. Now you’re prepared for the actual test
