I’ve hit a road block don’t really understand what it is medieval2.exe System error “the code execution cannot proceed because d2dx9_30.dip was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. And I have reinstalled it deleted everything and did it again and it’s the same thing

Hey man, I sadly have the non-steam version and I am getting this error when running the launcher -
"Start not possible or exception occurs, Access to the path "D:/games/Mediewal II total war/kingdoms.exe is denied."
Do you have any tips how I can fix this?
