Win 11 this solution places all files in the C Drive Desktop in the root directory of your new drive. Recommend place creating a "Desktop" folder on the new drive to place the files & folders from the C Drive Desktop folder.

For some reason my "This PC" tab does not display my folders. The only thing that shows when I click on This PC is "Local Disk (C:)". I don't know how to get it so it shows all my folders on This PC and stops saving it to One Drive.

???Windows 11 does not show those files under PC. It's all under quick access. You appear to be using a Windows 10 desktop.
