I love saving this stage for last, because the song really has this sense of finality to it. Not quite "storm the castle and save the day" energy, but it definitely feels like it's hyping up a climactic showdown that's meant to prepare you for the grand finale.

I owned this game when I was a kid and this song blew my mind, honestly, the entire soundtrack of megaman x is beast however this song right here has a special appeal, I think my second favorite track is Sigma fortress stage 2 followed by the in game credits of megaman walking down the central highway
