I think it is allowed to file petition in local language as well is that correct? If yes then people who are not fluent in English should use local language to file petitions or they should take some course to improve English

I hope Ashish sir you gave good example of real bad writing and opportunity to laugh at someone else. I hope now you will show your own (not copy paste) written draft as an example, so we can learn good writing.

Anyways, most people who are writing at bad writing of others should realize that atleast that man able to write and that too in real desparate situation to a court or judge. But it's easy to write without any pressure on YouTube. I don't see his writing is as bad as many youtube commenters. Atleast I say the lawyers writing are better than me atleast. To make better writing, it is better to read good writers and good writing examples of lawyers. Writing draft is not hard and lawyers doesn't need large vocabulary as I observe.
