Is your hot water system not producing enough hot water? Here's why and how to fix it.

Do you feel the water flow of your hot water system has been slowly diminishing?

It is a sign that you need to clean the filter on your #ContinuousFlowHotWaterSystem. The inline filter needs to be serviced occasionally.

And the good news is, you can do this yourself! All you need is a screwdriver.

In this video, we will show you where the filter is located (0:25) and what they look like. Whether you have a Thermann (0:36) or Rinnai (0:42), we get them all covered.

We'll explain how to remove the filter (0:45), how to clean them (1:26), and how to put it back on (1:57).

Step by step. Quick and easy. Get on it now.

You’re a life saver! For years my hot water has been piss-weak and all this time I thought it was just a crappy system. We’ve just put up with it. Turns out the filter was ridiculously clogged. Gave it a clean and now it’s like we’ve got a new hot water system 😄😁
Thank you 🙏

Sheer Genius! My house in Adelaide Hills runs on rainwater heater not even 1 year old! Will now put an inline filter also. If only you were an Adelaide plumber!!! Many thanks for posting Bro.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. This was far more informative than rinnai‘s own troubleshooting on their website. Pressure in the tap is restored.

awesome video, cleaning this filter fixed my sporadic hot water temperature fluctuations. I initially thought my temp control valve is not functioning properly but turns out to be the inlet filter is clogged with scaling causing the burner to cut out sporadically due to not enough water coming in.

Great video, clear instructions and well filmed and produced. Saved me calling a plumber out and a few hundred cash. I guess the neg votes are from unemployed plumbers who are only skilled at cleaning filters and are upset you have shared their secret with everyone. Thanks for the video, much appreciated.
