Seeing as Fisetin was put in the water and not in the chow, we shouldn't expect any statistically significant improvements in lifespan or healthspan, seeing as Fisetin requires lipid emulsification to be bioavailable. I see you omitted that very relevant information in your video.

After looking at a lot of videos I decided to try 11 different supplements from do not age including fisetin and quercetine and I have noticed a great improvement in my inflammatory pain. I was poisoned by the pharmaceutical industry that created nearly every health problem I have at 63. I been taking this supplement stack for the last 6 weeks and the change has come slowly and improvement has steadily been getting better. So I am going to continue what I am doing.

I am taking Fisetin & Quercetin for cancer in an attempt to reduce & stem the cancer growth. It would have been nice to have had an anti-aging effect at the same time, tho. I will probably continue to take both along with all the other supplements & herbs I take along with my chemotherapy treatment & fasting since my numbers have been improving & the tumor growth seems to have slowed or stopped.

I am still taking both. QUERCETIN has many benefits outside of senelytics and Fisetin has turned my great hair darker and thickened it also. So that works for me.

When I was in my mid thirties and early forties, I suffered from ulcerative colitis. When my gastro enterologist was no longer able to help, short of Prednisone or colostomy, and I was filling the toilet bowl with blood all day and all night, I went to a Naturopath who stopped the bleeding within 5 days with non citrus quercetin by AOR, taken half an hour before meals and before bed. Quercetin has a powerful anti inflammatory effect for those suffering from inflammatory issues such as auto immune disorders. I also took amino acid complex and L-glutamine and received NAET. But while we were investigating what was triggering my attacks, it was the quercetin that stopped the bleeding. Though I no longer need it, I take one per day if I remember on and off throughout the year.

I view these conclusions with significant caution. The medical community is replete with individuals who have a voracious bias against natural interventions and cannot wait to discredit them. Anyone who has spent much time reading studies will see that they can be an endless labyrinth of contradictions. As unpalatable as it may be, if individuals who choose to take such supplements report feeling better and have improved health outcomes, then this is sufficient reason to give us pause that these products might be advantageous to our health.

The referenced video only talks about fisetin, not claiming anything about quercetin. Why did you stop both?

Take this with a grain of salt as this is just my personal experience, but as someone that's injured by p*izer j*b, I only started to get better after I started taking Quercetin daily, I don't know the science behind it completely but I did do a lot of research in early 2022 when my symptoms were at their peak and I was struggling daily. A lot of people suggested to try it for those with similar injuries or people with long covid. Am not ruling out placebo effect or simply getting better overtime on my own but I have a strong inclination that Quercetin helped out a lot!

Fisetin does something for me. I always take it with yogurt or milk, not sure if these researchers did that. When I first took it, it gave me a headache the next day, but then there was a clear improvement in memory, with random memories I'd forgotten coming back for a few days. It also seems to help with viral infections. I'll probably keep taking it in bursts every few months.

Thank you for your updates. I really appreciate the fact that your not afraid to make us aware of your changes in protocol due to updated research. Your honesty and continuing research is refreshing.

A caveat here with the ITP tests is that just like not everything that works in mice works in humans, BUT also, not everything that fails in mice means they are equality useless in humans. So i would take the ITP results with a grain of salt and focus more on studies done on humans as my guide as to which supplements to take, regardless of how they did in animals.

Just sharing; when I fast for about 24 to 48 hrs, I feel cold. When I take Fisetin, I start to feel cold in about 3 hrs which made me believe it's working to eliminate the old unwanted cells. I could be wrong.

Quercetin’s immune health benefits acting as a zinc transporter still make it useful IMO

I am not jumping ship on Quercetin or orther flavanoids yet. Too many studies showing other health benefits (antihistamine/lung benefits. Antioxidant, anti cancer, neurodegenerate, blood pressure, etc). Plus even Dr Miller said here they did not study Quercetin or other senolyitic drugs.

Dr. Stanfield, interestingly enough, I saw your video about Quercetin and Fisetin, and a day later, I saw a different video on Quercetin, this time by one physician who seems to specialise in nutrition, and he mentioned in his video the positive effects (benefits) of Quercetin - found in capers, but in onion as well - on heart. Quercetin, according to recent scientific studies, as reported by this physician, has a regulatory effect on heart rhythm disorders and using Quercetin seems to be a potential drug for treatment of the heart rhythm disorders.

Love your dedication Brad!
Most on YT are SELLING a product, so they're $$$ compromised in TRUTH.

This is very strange as not only have previous studies showed it working, but computer models also predicted Fisetin works with very high probability. Also its known it has very poor bioavailability. Do they mass spec their drugs before using them?

Quercetin is still very useful for helping in keeping uric acid in check. Knowing that high uric acid seems to have links to many diseases later in life... it may still be important in reducing the risks of Alzheimers, heart disease and cancers.

Thanks Brad! There is too much noise in the field. I think a video on trusted sources and the why and wherefore of medical studies might be an order here. Everybody has an agenda. I have no problem with that but it’s good to know what’s on the agenda.

Not gonna lie. I did self experiments with fisetin high dose, which is like 20mg/kg for 2 consecutive days followed by one more repetition after a month. I don't know if this intake extended even a day of my life span, but I experienced a lot better healthy outcomes: lots of energy, no pains around joints, smoother skin, and clearer cognition, and much more. I'm not exaggerating anything here. So this video at this time makes me really puzzled. I'd like to earnestly read the ITP study paper showing the experiment method. I'm wondering if there's any pitfall in administering fisetin into mice. If you can clarify about it Dr. Brad, I'd greatly appreciate it!
