I take all three of the substances mentioned here as well as curcumin and CoQ10. Couple that with a lot of fruits and vegetables and low information foods, no sugar, and an active healthy lifestyle based around cardiovascular and muscular fitness. And of course church on Sunday and saying the rosary every morning for me as well.

It seems that the most important question is how much quercetin and the frequency. Taking it every day could have an opposite effect.

Those who struggle to make ends meet could resort to 100g Strawberries or 3 Apples a day for Fisetin.
Quercetin is highest in Capparis "apples", or even cheaper drink a tea of onion skins.

Quercetin, Fisetin, which one is better? Quercetin seems more common and cheaper. I'm only taking quercetin now.

I started fisetin with quercetin + resveratrol today and was flushing as hell immediatly after, like skin flush redness on the head and all over my body was red. what is happening? Even scalp was itching. I don’t understand why? I took it with my habitual vit a+d pill NMN 250mg/ this morning 🤷‍♀️
I am a 39yo woman with very good health.

I live in Italy where every supplement is very expensive so I take nmn and olive oil, that contains resveratrol. NMN from Afega and Cataract drops, for my eyesight,
and I pay a lot, not for these two products, but for shipping fares (drops €17, shipping fare € 20). So I can't buy nothing else.
The best risults, till now, I had skipping breakfast, 18/19 hours fasting.

I took quercetin according to the protocol. I did it twice, and my knees became loose and painful. I've been dealing with the pain and lower mobility for many months now. Yes it benefits me in many other ways, but I just don't go on hikes now, and I avoid any slopes. Which is very difficult because prior to this, I was very strong and mobile.
