Thank you for clarifying the 12-month rolling period concept. Now the question is if the person stays outside of UK continously between two '12 month period', how do we calculate the absent days? should the days outside of UK be split between these two '12 month period'? this is confusing for me

Hi,
I got 1st tier2 visa on 6th Aug 2021 and I have joined 2nd company and got 2nd tier 2 approval on 22 March 2022, so which date we can consider for continuous period calculation
Could you please help me with it
