180 days rule doesn't apply to minors (below 18) depends. Nothing is mentioned in Gov. UK website. No obligations.

I was on ICT short term VISA for 1 year from 30-June-15 to 03-July-16 and went to India on 3rd July’16 for visa renewal
And got ICT long team visa starting from 18-Jul-16.
So my question was, Is 1 year ICT short team visa can be considered in 10 yrs ILR

I want to ask, can someone who is on dependant visa for two years, then get a skilled worker visa for 3 years on her own be able to apply for ILR when it expires? Meaning, can 2 yrs dependant visa + 3yrs main applicant give you ILR?

1. Initially if i came as a Student dependent. Then i found a sponsorship. So my ILR eligibility 5 Years starts from the UK arrival date or from the date i got my Sponsorship ?

2. Due to student restrictions i switched my spouse and kids as dependents after a one Year. By the end of my 5 years do they still need to complete one more year as my dependents to apply ILR ? cos i can apply ilr 28 days prior only. What type of visa they can apply if my decision got late and their visa end date(at that time they are still 4 years as my dependents) expired.

Thank you.

What if you work online from abroad? Even though that wont be annual leave but that would be within 180 days limit. Would that be allowed?
