Man falls to his death after falling into Tracy sugar silo

A man is dead after falling into a silo on a Tracy sugar plant. It happened this morning at the Holly Sugar. They found the worker had fallen about 80 feet into the machine near the bottom and died on the scene. Crews were able to lower a firefighter to retrieve the body.
