Upside down onion tart: to serve as a delicious appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Onion
Puff pastry
Salt & pepper
Oregano

METHOD
1. Pour a little olive oil into a baking sheet, and spread a little.
2. Add balsamic vinegar.
3. Place a slice of onion on top, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Add a Puff Pastry rectangle on top, and close the edges with your fingers.
5. Brush with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

confession: I made a whole pan and may or may not have eaten all of them in a sitting.. and upset that I may or may not have gained 5 POUNDS IN ONE DAY.. so delish!!
