Please understand what the essence of this video is:

This duality simply means that anyone from either country can keep their own citizenship upon acquiring citizenship of the other countries. Pakistan has such agreements with a lot of other countries(14 or 19 I think, including, Canada, and others).
Example: A Pakistani citizen acquires Turkish Citizenship through, investment, etc. Now under the current agreement, the person accepting/acquiring Turkish citizenship must relinquish/surrender his or her Pakistani CItizenship and vis versa.
Under the new agreement, anyone upon acquiring/accepting Turkish citizenship can keep his or her Pakistani Citizenship and the same rule will be applied to a Turkish citizen.

This is a great news but it would come with certain requirements too, and I hope Pakistani govt takes some measures to prevent every naysayer from fleeing to Turkey and abusing this relationship of two Muslim countries.

Kindly don't exaggerate it. Pakistan have dual nationality agreement with 19 countries only, Turkey was not part of it. It means that Pakistanis with Turkish nationality have to surrender there Pakistani nationality. Now after this agreement dual nationality would be allowed.Thank me later !
