I absolutely loveeee seeing the huge touch screen AND a ton of physical buttons and switches. So glad to see automakers actually going back to physical controls

It looks better than the previous model, but I still think they totally blew the opportunity to make it a retro competitor to something like the Bronco.

The RS model will actually be offered as RWD as well as the PPV version so regular customers can get one of these in any combo of FWD, RWD, RWD+eAWD, or full AWD. Crazy!

The Blazer EV is really cool but I'm much more interested in the Equinox since it's in a market position that'll make it way more accessible to more people. I'm looking forward to your inevitable overview of that model.

I really like the looks of this! GM is stepping up their game with all the new variants of the Corvette, the new interior of the trucks and larger SUV’s. I used to not be a fan of Chevy or a lot of GM products

Nice to see the commonly used controls (HVAC, stereo volume, etc) are physical controls and not part of the screens - using muscle memory and less eyes off the road is safer.

Front cargo areas are excellent for theft prevention, far more useful than the tailgate/hatch area.

This is one of the better looking EVs I've seen recently. And they nailed the mix of touchscreen & traditional controls.

Best looking EV. I'm sure it will have a $50, 000 market adjustment above the $60, 000 MSRP.

Looks really nice! The really long wheel base makes it look more like a concept car than the actual production version.

GM killed it with the infotainment in the Escalade, and this one looks even better; those bezels are soooo good.

I wish chevy brought the blazer back as a bronco and wrangler competitor, I would love to see more SUVs in that segment. Instead, we got another Crossover. The EV version is interesting, but they should've used a different name.

The whole model range may be available for purchase in the next 6 months or so, but GM has shown us (with plenty of data out there) that GM is absolutely unable to produce these vehicles. Lets start with the Hummer. GM invested 2.2 billion into engineering the vehicle and completely redoing the assembly plant in which it will be produced. The Hummer started to be produced in mid-November of 2021. So we are now 14 months into production. In the first 9 months of 2022, GM has only produced 2, 570 units of the Hummer EV Pickup, which is way less than the 90, 000 units needed just to meet reservations. Now for the Lyric. It was launched last Summer. GM only delivered 122 Cadillac Lyric EVs in 2022. There are around 100, 000 on order. So GM has shown us they can preview, take orders, do videos and eventually production launch electric vehicles off these two new platforms. But they can't build them at volume. Some of the people who have their vehicle on order will be dead before they receive it. Yet no one at the top of GM's manufacturing division has been fired yet over it's inability to launch these vehicles. Billions of potential profit is being left on the table because of the manufacturing divisions inability to launch these vehicles at volume. And what to we hear from Mary Barra and the GM board of directors over this failure? Crickets. So if you have any plans to order the Blazer or the Equinox or the Prologe or the Acura version of the Prologe. Prepare yourself for a very long wait after your order has been placed. You can order and receive a Lambo quicker than getting one of these.

This looks 1000x better than the Model Y and the Mach E! Happy to see normal door handles as well. The door handles or the Lyriq are over designed, look ridiculous, and complicate something that should be a simple process. I have always wondered why car manufactures felt like they had to complicate basics functions on EVs. Was hoping to see a little better performance on the SS given what an all electric powertrain can achieve, but I understand GM wanting to nail the basics before unleashing the full potential. If the under 4 second 0-60 is accurate this SUV will be in the class of Porsche, Maserati, and AMG offerings without having to deal with single digit MPG. Now GM can work on educating their dealer network. I went to my local dealer and they knew nothing about the Blazer EV. All they could do is pull up the public website and read it verbatim. I feel there are alot of dealers who either don't care about EVs or straight up don't like them. I can respect the love of ICE vehicles as they have been around for decades, but EVs are the future and they blow ICE out of the water when it comes to performance, efficiency, and reliability.

The side profile is gorgeous. The front and rear grill and valance are really messy. One of the benefits of a vehicle being electric is that it eliminates the need for so many vents and go-fast plastic.
