Upon arrival we are spoke to by security who really didn't want me to film.

More staff arrive, we have a discussion and then the drone goes around for a nosey.

Hi DJ,
Back in the 1960's this building was a bakery called Blanchards. My dad was a baker at this place. Used to come home with a fresh uncut loaf, still warm. I go past it most days and the smell of new bread is gorgeous. Keep up the great work you do, I have watched a lot of your videos, and some day i hope to have seen them all.

I used to really dislike your videos as I thought on initial impression that you were just trying to wind everyone up. The wall round the dismantled tank stand is probably a “Bund” which is required around any overground tank to contain any spillage from a leak. Fun fact: it’s meant to contain 110% of the capacity of the tank.

Gary's Bike Shed story( will try to keep it short, happened long ago, know the story through people involved at the time):
There was a long time employee (30+y served), Gary, who had no immediate family, lived alone, kept himself to himself, worked long into his retirement age... at some point stopped showing up for work, people assumed he retired, noone bothered much, old man past away in his home, body was found after neighbours reports, noone from company even bothered going to funeral which was almost empty, some felt bad about it so named bike shed in his name as if somehow this makes everything less awful (much cheaper option than paying the man redundancy money he well deserved)

Love your witty humour and the way they look like rabbits in headlights, always has me glued to the screen, I work in utilities so if you’re interested here’s the colours for the markings cadent were doing.
Colours as follows:-

Yellow-gas
Blue-water
Red-electric, numbers with the voltage 240v/11kv/33kv/132kv
Green-fiber, virgin media/city fiber ect
White-Bt/telecoms or drains and sewers, markings will be different to suit.
Orange- something located but unsure what it is, trail hole to identify
