Oh. Don't let Bubbles down. You are doing so good with her. If she goes out she might become scared and skittish. Might not come back. She is so small and not a regular cat. She came so far and needs more time from you. I think she is happy in her catio at this point. She seems to like watching the farm from the safety of her catio.

Hi Chad. Love your interactions with the kitties. Bubbles is a tiny introverted little cat. I too feel she is best as an indoor only cat. She is not being punished to not go out. If she was out it may be too overwhelming and she may hide and not come back. She lives a great life with you as an indoor only girl.

I agree with you keeping Bubbles inside. She doesn’t seem to be a part of the team. I see how little she is compared to the other cats. Fozzy may watch over her if she gets out. There are probably farmers who tell you to let her be a barn cat. You have a huge heart. ❤️

Maggie appears to be in heat. You should have all you kitties neutered if you haven't already. They hunt just as well. Love your show!

We love your channel especially the cats. I was glad to hear you neutered the male cats. I hope the females are spayed to avoid new litters and Pyometra. This can happen to intact female dogs and cats. We had a friend who's dog had emergency surgery to save her life due to a severe uterine infection. Thank God and 8000.00 later for surgery at an emergency hospital she has recovered. Look forward to seeing new adventures.

I lost a cat that was feral then became semi feral (I thought in a month or two she’d be comfortable enough to come inside) to a cayote (I think) and I was so devastated I cried for months

Not worth the risk to let her out until you’re confident

Try taking the little one Bubbles out with a cat harness and leash, take her for walks around the other animals and walk her back home. It would calm some of your (understandable) worries. Your love of the animals shines through. Blessings

Little bubbles needs a lot of attention. I had a cat that would bite, scared, and run away from me. I sat with him for a few weeks ( with a full time job.) He's is❤ now so happy and loving. Maybe he could be a house cat.

It's horrible to lose an animal to wildlife, but please take comfort in the fact that your cats have the best of both worlds.

Hey Chad, in regards to Bubbles, have you considered putting in a microchip cat door? You program all your cat's microchips to it and can even set a one way timed closure. This way if for instance Bubbles won't return, the door locks for exits at a time you choose when cats are in, but still allows any set microchip cats to enter. It's also a good backup if you ever can't round up one, if all are used to the door. It means as well if one wants to go back in or not feeling the best, they can and not waiting to be round up. If you let Bubbles explore the area slowly and try to use the microchip door first on a cat cave so she's used to it, she may just hang around closely and knows she can go back in when she wants. I'd get her used to the door first then only let her out if she uses the door once installed for a while before going out through the gate. That way she knows exactly how to get back in. I'd stick by her during the first outings. Foxes etc can't enter, it's set for the microchip. Also doesn't matter if a collar falls all. I haven't used one myself to give a review though.
Oh, I know you said you will desex the female cats, but I wouldn't let Bubbles out until she is, just to be safe her calls don't attract predators or she wanders looking for a mate. Some females mark a lot during heat, my stray cat did when I found her before desexing, so could attract predators and mess up their cat den. Too many heat cycles can also strongly increase the chances of a deadly and horrendously painful condition called pyometria. Is it just Maggie and Bubbles left for desexing? There's a better method called the left flank method and is safer and they recover so much faster too.

I have a Tractive GPS collar on my cat after 2 escapades, one necessiting the Firefighters intervention. He spends most of the day in the yard on an extra long leash. It's a cost but if Bubbles went outside your property you would get an alert and be able to always track her.

Please keep her safe! If you let her out she will NEVER come back when it’s time to go in! You are right!!! She is happy in that wonderful catio !!! ♥️

For bubbles, I would start to condition her that she gets her favorite food in the evening and then the night before remove all food and don't feed in the morning you let her out. That evening, when it's time to come back in, she should be ready because she will be hungry.

Oh Chad, I really love how your pond turned out, it looks great and the ducks and geese look very happy, you did super good!! 👏👏👏👌😁Fozzy looks like a body builder 😸🤣and as for Bubbles, try a harness, take her for a short walk, get her used to the vastness around the catio, maybe add some benches around the catio where she could hang out as she gets used the the vast outdoors. Baby steps, just take baby steps with Bubbles.😻 Congratulations on your new babies, simply adorable! You took the words out of my mouth "I love the farm life!", I agree! It's so wonderful to watch your vlogs and witnessing the happiness of your animals and how beautiful your farm is blooming. Great work Chad 👏👏👏👏👌👍🤩😹

With Bubbles, it might help to get her spayed. Although, she is probably still too small to go outside. Your female cats would be much happier and less sexually tormented if you get them spayed. I know it's very expensive there in Canada, but maybe if you do one cat a year, it won't hurt your budget too badly. That's what I have to do with my 7 cats when it comes to getting their teeth cleaned. I do 2 cats a year. It costs approx $1, 000 for each cleaning. Ugh!!! Wishing you all the Best! Love from Texas ❤

I remember when I had a tiny pond that earthworms would inhabit the Filter. So much cuteness on your Farm 🦆❣️🥰. No baby piggies 👏🏻
