thank you abide for this prayer. i was by myself and trying to go to sleep but there was a sound coming from the attic and i was pretty scared. i had a dim light on because i was scared. when you continued praying for God to protect me as i slept i was not scared anymore at all. i turned all the lights off. because i could feel God beside me and i felt safer than ever. i love you Jesus i love you God you showed me you are real and took all fearfulness away from me when i prayed to You. thank You. Going sleepless for more than a month taking care of my sick newborn has given me some kind of sleeping disorder. Now even if I don't sleep a wink at night, I'm still unable to sleep during the day. It's debilitating. But at least my little one isn't in so much pain anymore, except for his GERD and choking problem. Thank You, Lord for Your healing. I pray for the complete healing of my son. I also pray for complete deliverance from insomnia. Set me free, set us free from the torment of sleeplessness, oh Lord. In Jesus' precious name, amen!

Oh my goodness...I had my first night without bad dreams in weeks last night while listening to this. I’ve been having awful nightmares...recently I scared my teenage daughter so terribly bc I woke up screaming and saying I was never going back to sleep. We both cried for about 15 minutes. I’ve been struggling for some time. Very thankful.

I really struggle to sleep and then I wake in the middle of the night for a couple of hours at a time. I tried a few of these but I have my reservations about non Christian meditation. When I discovered this it has changed my life. I can just concentrate on Gods word, his love and promises. No better way to fill your mind (conscious and sub-consciously)
